Dropoff was founded in 2014 in Austin, Texas to fill a void in the same-day delivery space. While there were many small courier companies in the area, none offered the level of technology, reliability, or professionalism businesses needed to meet customer expectations.
Our technology platform empowers customers to place orders electronically, track the details of their deliveries in real time, and view delivery performance data.

Our Executive Team
Sean has spent his career driving growth and innovation for leading technology and media companies. In 2014 Sean co-founded Dropoff, Inc., which has become a leader in the US for same-day delivery last-mile logistics. There as CEO/President he has scaled the business profitably to 50+ cities and 20+ states servicing Fortune 500 customers in healthcare, retail/ecommerce and industrial.
Sean also co-founded GameFly, Inc. in 2002, which pioneered the video game rental subscription business and was backed by Sequoia Capital and Tenaya Capital. There as President and SVP he led marketing, business development, mobile strategy, digital distribution, ad sales, content and M&A efforts. Prior, he was an Online Producer at The Walt Disney Company and an Agent at Creative Artists Agency.
Sean attended the University of Southern California and holds a B.A. in Film Theory and Criticism from San Francisco State University. Sean is married to his college sweetheart, and loves watching his two daughters play competitive sports.
Terri is focused on our customers' journey with Dropoff. She works across the company to ensure we have the team, processes, and tools to provide excellent service.
Prior to joining Dropoff, she was a senior executive at Friendbuy and GameFly, Inc. where she led the operational efforts to rapidly scale growing businesses. She started her career at Accenture.
Terri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison. She shares her life with her husband, two adult kids, and a Great Dane. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and enjoying wine.
Jeff leads Dropoff's Dispatch and Market Operations teams to deliver exceptional service and timeliness to our customers. Prior to Dropoff, Jeff managed the logistics and HR departments for multiple Target stores in Colorado and Texas.
Jeff holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from Utah State University. He is a husband and father to a boy and a girl who keep him on his toes.
When he isn't playing video games or barbies, you will find him being active in the gym or outside on the golf course, the trails, or relaxing while BBQing for the family.
Meg heads Dropoff's Human Resources Department as Director of People Operations, responsible for creating, managing and cultivating the employer-employee relationship.
Before Dropoff, Meg was a denim and woven designer for a global retailer, while supporting the sourcing and global procurement teams in product efficiency and sustainability. Meg's strengths lie in leading & navigating multiple divisions and honing her ability to meet obstacles with calm resolve.
Meg holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Columbus College of Art & Design. She is a wife and mother to 3 active kids. When she isn't hanging out by the pool with her family, you'll probably find her at one of Austin's many taco spots.
